'00 to Plexus Corporation (NASDAQ: PLXS), VP Sales, $1 billion sales. Over 20 successful M&A transactions, from due diligence to integration to financing, etc. – deal size ranging from a few million to over $200 million. Founder or President/CEO of over 5 different electronics companies and numerous successful product introductions. A large number of public and private equity and debt transactions.

Bill Thale - Chief Financial Officer - SVP of Finance and CIO, UMD Technology, Inc. Vice President, CFO, CIO, Controller of over 3 different public EMS companies (Praegitzer now TYCO, e2E now Plexus).

Steven Strauss - VP/GM Burn-in and Thermal Divisions - was a 23 year veteran of test technology development at Intel Corporation. Most recently as the Director of the Intel Test Operation responsible for developing test solutions for Intel logic and memory products.

Keith Callahan - VP of Business Development. Significant engineering and sales experience in the semiconductor test industry through management roles in both Antares and WELLS-CTI. MSEE and MBA from Notre Dame.

John Hartstein - VP of Sales and Marketing. Significant operational and sales experience in the socket industry through management roles in both Wells and WELLS-CTI. Lead domestic and international sales teams as well as direct relationships with customers.

Tsutomu Kobayashi - President of WELLS-CTI, JAPAN, has more than 20 years experience in the socket and connector industry through management roles in Wells-CTI and others, he has lead the group in Japan for more than 5 years.

James A. Forster, PhD - Director of Marketing for WELLS-CTI. Previous experience includes 20 years in a variety of management positions dealing with product research and development at Texas Instruments Sensors and Controls Group. James has authored more than 25 technical publications including several on the challenges of burn-in sockets and is a holder of 18 U.S. patents. Dr. Forster earned his B.Sc (Hons) in mechanical engineering at UMIST -The University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology. He earned his masters and doctorate at McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada.
