We actively engage in designing passive heat sink and thermal dissipation solutions for a variety of burn-in and test applications. WELLS-CTI provides passive heat sink solutions for our own sockets, as well as competitor's sockets. We offer standard, as well as custom, solutions designed specifically around a customer's device specifications and applications.

Open-Top Socket Solutions

Lidded Socket Solutions

• Lidded Sockets (BGA and LGA) integrated into clamshell lid
• Pressure applied to device by virtue of a secondary cam handle that is actuated after the lid is closed
